Please help us police these classified listings by reporting any posting that you believe violates these Classified Rules. MetroMixture.com will cooperate fully with all relevant law enforcement agencies investigating any illegal postings or advertisements. Without notice, MetroMixture.com reserves the right to delete listings, suspend or delete members, or block IP addresses of any visitor or member that violates our Classified Rules or Terms of Service. By using this website, all users agree to hold all employees of MetroMixture.com and its affiliated companies harmless from any/all liability in regards to any posted content on its site.

The following listings and actions violate our Classified Rules and Terms of Service:

1. Listings that originate from outside the United States.
2. Listings that advertise or link to pornographic or violent websites or content.
3. Listings that attempt to advertise fraudulent products or fraudulent business practices.
4. Listings that advertise stolen property.
5. Listings that offer or link to spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters or unethical business products/practices.
6. Listings that are false or misleading.
7. Listings that infringe on any third-party rights.
8. Listings that distribute viruses or other technologies harmful to metromixture.com or any of its visitors or members.
9. Multiple listings that impose an unreasonable load on our platform or interfere with the working of our website.
10. Harvesting email addresses or information on our visitors or members, without their consent.
11. Violations of any of MetroMixture.com's Terms of Service.

Avoiding Scams

• If accepting checks or money orders, insure that the funds clear before releasing the purchased item to the buyer.
• If possible, meet the buyer in person. Buyers from overseas or out of state asking to wire transfer you money or asking you to wire money to them using Western Union or Money Grams are usually scams.
• Avoid Sellers claiming that MetroMixture.com will guarantee a transaction or provide purchasing coverage. Metromixture.com does not have a role in any transaction and does not guarantee anything to any party.
• Never ever give out your financial information including bank accounts, social security number, account username and/or passwords.
• Avoid escrow service deals.
• Buyer beware. Do your due diligence before purchasing any item.
• MetroMixture.com will not act as an intermediary in any dispute arising from the use of our classified ad section.
• Avoid partial prepayments prior to shipment of goods.
• Avoid dealing with companies outside of the United States.
